Privacy policy
Implementation review copy. Operator and integrations supplied by the publisher; exact configurations await one technical review.
01. Who we are
Mini Pirate Clash is presented under the Niuxinrong Information Technology Co., Ltd. (Niuxinrong Information Technology Co., Ltd.) publishing brand. The legal operator is Niuxinrong Information Technology Co., Ltd. This notice covers the game and this information website. Contact us for support or privacy requests at zhao47975@gmail.com.
02. Data and services
The publisher has confirmed use of the Google Advertising ID, Firebase, Google Play Games Services and AF (interpreted here as AppsFlyer). The table distinguishes confirmed integrations from data that depends on the enabled features. Service documentation describes possible processing; it does not prove that every listed field is collected by this game.
| Service | Data and purpose | Provider details |
|---|---|---|
| Google Advertising ID | Collection confirmed by publisher. Intended purposes and recipients must be verified; advertising attribution/measurement is a possible use, not a confirmed implementation detail. | Android / Google |
| Firebase | Integration confirmed. Analytics events, app/device identifiers and crash diagnostics depend on whether Analytics, Crashlytics or other Firebase modules are enabled. | Firebase privacy |
| Google Play Games Services | Integration confirmed. Player identity and profile/game data depend on the enabled authentication and game features; do not infer achievements, leaderboards or saved games are enabled. | Play Games data disclosures |
| AF / AppsFlyer | AF integration confirmed; AppsFlyer interpretation needs technical validation. Service capabilities include install/campaign attribution and app-event measurement using device, network and advertising identifiers, depending on configuration. | AppsFlyer services privacy |
03. Google account data
The Google Advertising ID is a device advertising identifier, not a Google Account OAuth permission. Google Play Games Services may handle a game-scoped player identifier and profile/game data for enabled game services. Exact account data, scopes and features must match the implementation and the authorization screen. This website itself does not initiate Google authorization.
Google API user data handling must follow the Google API Services User Data Policy, including applicable Limited Use requirements. This policy draft does not authorize selling Google API user data, using it for advertising targeting, unrestricted human access, or transferring it to AppsFlyer for attribution. Advertising identifiers must be handled separately from Google API account data.
04. Choices and deletion
To request access, correction, deletion of game data or account closure, email zhao47975@gmail.com with “Mini Pirate Clash — Privacy Request”, your player ID if available, and the action requested. Avoid sending passwords, verification codes or identity documents unless a necessary verification process is explained to you. Verification may be needed to protect your account.
You can manage Google access at Google Account connections and review game data controls in Google Play Games. Revoking access does not automatically erase data already held by the operator. For deletion of operator-held data, contact us separately. Android provides advertising ID controls; availability and labels vary by Android version. Resetting or deleting an advertising ID does not by itself delete previously processed records.
05. Retention, security and international processing
Service data may be processed by the operator and the providers listed above. Providers may process data outside your country. Retention, countries, transfer arrangements, backup deletion and implemented safeguards must be recorded for the deployed game; they cannot be determined from an SDK name. Applicable legal retention obligations may affect the scope of a deletion request.
06. Website and support messages
The delivered website code sets no cookies, uses no localStorage and loads no analytics, advertising or login SDK. The hosting service may process technical access logs such as IP address, request information and browser details. If you email us, your address and message are processed to handle your request. Do not send information unrelated to your enquiry.
07. Children and age suitability
Age suitability must be checked against the game’s actual audience and store rating. Cartoon artwork alone does not establish an age rating. If you believe a child has provided personal data inappropriately, contact the privacy email above. Child-directed or mixed-audience features require a separate review of age controls, consent and Google service eligibility.
08. Policy status and updates
Draft version: 2026-10-30. Material data-use changes must be reflected here and communicated to users, with new consent where required. The effective date will be set when this draft is finalized. This is an implementation review copy, not a statement that OAuth approval has been granted.
09. Contact and privacy requests

How to submit a request
Use the subject “Mini Pirate Clash — Privacy Request”. Tell us whether you are requesting access, correction, deletion, account closure, withdrawal of consent, or clarification of data use. Include your player ID and server or region if available, together with enough information to identify the relevant account. If you no longer have access to the game, explain that in your message.
How requests are handled
We will review the request and may ask for information reasonably necessary to verify that you are the account holder or an authorized representative. Do not send passwords, verification codes, payment card details or identity documents in your initial message. We will explain any necessary verification before asking for additional information.
We will respond within the time required by applicable law. If a request cannot be completed in full, we will explain the reason and any available next steps. Deletion requests cover data held under our control; some records may need to be retained to meet legal obligations or resolve disputes. Where relevant, we will explain these limitations. Data independently held by Google or another service provider may also need to be managed through that provider’s controls.
Concerns and complaints
If you believe your request has not been addressed, reply to the same email thread and describe the unresolved issue. Where applicable law provides this right, you may also contact the relevant data protection authority.
